My Experience
I’m a product-focused UX designer with nearly a decade of experience designing and delivering high-quality digital products across banking, fintech, startups, and consumer platforms.
My work spans 0–1 product launches, large-scale redesigns, and refining complex customer journeys, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, design systems, and delivery at scale.
Alongside hands-on design, I’ve led and evolved design operations, embedded Lean UX and DesignOps practices, mentored designers, and partnered closely with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders across the full product lifecycle.

How I Work
My design approach adapts to the commercial context, the problem being solved, and the team I am working with.
I’m comfortable adopting different product visions and ways of working, while bringing structure, clarity, and direction to complex challenges.
Early-stage and undefined work
When working on early-stage ideas or undefined problems, I use research, co-creation, and rapid prototyping to build understanding and momentum.
The focus at this stage is on reducing risk, aligning teams, and translating abstract ideas into clear, testable concepts that can inform product direction.
Defined and mature products
When goals are clear or delivery is already underway, I focus on efficiency, consistency, and quality.
I work to reduce complexity, support delivery, and ensure the work being shipped is usable, trustworthy, and aligned with both user needs and business intent.
System-level focus
I focus on designing systems, journeys, and patterns that scale, prioritising usability, accessibility, and delivery over individual expression.
This allows me to move easily between consultancy and embedded roles, support teams at different levels of maturity, and contribute effectively across discovery, delivery, and optimisation.
